Sequential's SCSI-2 Media Control driver filename??

I guess this is a continuation of the previous thread dealing with
Sequential's SCSI-2 Media Control drivers for the Apple IIGS (the drivers
that let you play audio from CDs with a SCSI-2 CD-ROM drive and an Apple
High-Speed SCSI card).  Does anyone know the filename of the driver
itself, or the filename of the archive in which it might be contained?  I
would really like to do an in-depth search of the file on the internet,
and this would help me immensely.
