Huh. So the IIe I've been abusing all along in favor of the platinum one
was actually more 'special' in a way. The velcro thing seems a little
silly though.

Actually, I just found a badly discolored Apple Color Composite so I agree
wholeheartedly. And I have had the same thought of wondering if they all
want to turn beige in the end...I actually remember someone insisting that
_all_ Apple IIes had been platinum in the beginning, but that none were
untouched enough to have not turned beige. I set him straight of course...

Aw, man...someone's gotta let me in on these secret places or
something...I can't afford much since I'm one of those stereotypical poor
college students, but many of the prices people 'offer' online tend to be
high even for those with money to spend. Can you write me into your will
or something? ;>
Actually...I guess since someone might be getting me a Lisa, I should be
satisfied, but...ah well, to keep searching the great Thrift stores of
Florida...trek across the barren plains and...oh, nevermind, rambling...
