I don't know that one.

The ZipGS uses the same kind of RAM in all 4 sockets. The 
reason why you have different RAM is the speed. I believe 
it was the Data RAM that didn't have to be as fast as the 
Tag. Wide sram at speeds faster than 70ns are hard to come 
by.
