The original IIc firmware doesn't have a miniassembler.  It was added in
the revision which supports the UniDisk 3.5 drive (the second release).

To find out which firmware release is in your IIc, get into BASIC and
type PRINT PEEK(64447).

If the number printed is 255, then you have the original firmware and
need an upgrade to use a UniDisk 3.5 (or the miniassembler).

The other possible values are 0 (UniDisk 3.5), 3 (memory expansion), 4
(memory expansion with bug fixes), or 5 (IIc+).
