I finally got in touch with Joseph M. Yandrofski at Sequential Systems,
and upon asking him about the SCSI-2 Media Control drivers for the IIGS,
he says they no longer sell anything like that, no longer stock it, and
no longer have a copy of it. The only Apple II-related items they still
sell are the Second Sight video card for the IIGS and the RAMFast SCSI
card. Just out of curiosity I inquired, but they could not tell me how
much longer they would continue to sell and support these cards.
It looks like the only way to get the SCSI-2 Media Control driver is
secondhand (i.e. used). I guess it's not that important anyway; all it
does is allow audio to be played directly from CD-ROMs. Oh well. Still,
if anyone out there might have a copy of the driver, Steve (ISCA AppleII
Librarian <apple2pd@ground.ecn.uiowa.edu>) and I would be interested in a
copy. Thanks in advance for anything.
