Weird cable for Apple IIe monitor?

Hello

I've got a weird cable problem that perhaps someone can help me solve. My
friend inherited a IIe and the kids promptly destroyed the original video
cable.

According to the Apple2 video FAQ, the composite output to monochrome monitor
should be just a standard RCA cable. My IIc also uses a standard RCA cable.
However, the port on this video card LOOKS like an RCA but is slightly too
small to accept the plug.

Can anyone identify the type of jack this might be? Unfortunately I haven't
had a chance to determine the make of the video card. Redmond Cable has not
responded to the request.

Please help, or my friend has threatened to get rid of the machine! 8')
