Anyone know a source for the 16-pin DIP plugs that go into the motherboard
socket?

I built the 9-to-15 pin adapter for the GS game port and it works fine with
standard two-button PC analogue joysticks. I once tried attaching a PC
gamepad (digital) that way and it didn't work at all.
