TranswarpGS & GS/OS 6.0.1?

I've got a version 1.5 TranswarpGS with (AFAIK) all the original parts
(8K cache, 7(?) MHz, etc.), and it seems to work, except it doesn't
install its CDA and it won't boot past GS/OS's "Welcome to the IIGS"
title screen.  The red progress bar doesn't even START to move.  Can
something be done, or should I just return it?
