Apple IIe to Mac conversion question

Hi all,
   I have a two-part question for the general public:

1) If I have an Apple IIe w/ an application on 5 & 1/4 floppies and wish to
take that program and dump it on a mac, how would I go about doing that?

2) Once I was able to get that program on a mac, would I then have to use
a program such as LOGO to first convert it into something that was runable
on a MAC, or, would I be able to run the program under an emulator such as
the one's available off of Asimov's site?  Thanks!
