You are right. You need GS/OS to be able to do this.

For me, it is simple since I use the IIGS. I use a 'PC formatted'
Zip disk to move such files to the IIGS.

As far as SuperConvert 4, Prism, and Convert 3200 are
concerned, the IIe/IIc are not included because all three
are 16 bit programs and require a IIGS.

Note: if you have a 1.44MB high density floppy drive on
the IIGS (SuperDrive, Floptical, BlueDisk, or SuperDisk
via the MicroDrive Turbo IDE) and the MS-DOS FST, then
you can in fact use SuperConvert 4 and Prism to directly
read the 'PC format' floppies from within the programs.
Can't do this with Convert 3200 because it is not a GS/OS
based program (it is a GS program, but not a standard
GS/OS desktop program).

You'd need a IIGS and the SuperConvert or Convert 3200
program. Just use SuperConvert (3 or 4) or Convert 3200
to convert DHR to BMP and them use the IIGS to put them
on a Windows PC format Zip disk.
