It is possible. One of the people formerly at Quality Computers
wrote in an issue of Enhance that he did the exact same thing
(minus the VOC). ADB was built for this kind of stuff.
And if you have LOS (line of sight) you can even use one of
those fancy infrared ADB transponders so you would not have
to use an actual 50' cable. ;-)
