     This sounds a lot like "Temple of Apshai". Just a moment ... Aha!
Yes; "V" is the command for turning around. The game (Epyx, 1982) did
come out in a "Trilogy" edition and there was an "Upper Reaches" add-on
scenario disk.

     The original of this kind of game for small computers was probably
"Santa Pravia and Fiumaccio" by, I think, George Blank. "Hammurabi"
sounds familiar-- perhaps it was released in SoftSide magazine. The game
is probably in BASIC and may be too small for a whole .dsk. Possibly,
"Hammurabi" is on a multi-game disk on Ground or Asimov. Try looking on
the Asimov site at ...
