Stephen,

Try vendors that cater to the electronics service industry, such as
MCM Electronics, ORA Electronics and possibly Mouser Electronics.
When I ran a repair business years ago, they offered kits for
replacement of surface-mount chips.  The _real_ way to perform such
work is with an SMD "rework" station, but the cheapest of these run in
the low four-figures.
