Why are you trying this URL? It hasn't existed for almost four months.
Clueless is as clueless does.

Almost a thousand people have downloaded it successfully. The archive is
not corrupted on the server.

You know as well as I do Rubywanker, that I do not support Ground, and
suuggesting it is simply flame bait.

It is not harder to download, it is just marginally harder to unpack once
downloaded. A Binary II wrapper around a ShrinkIt archive is such a simple
thing to understand Rubywonder, I'm amazed you do not understand this. No
wonder your imitation FAQs are so full of mistakes.

He has not helped me in any way. The archive is fine, and will remain as
such. I have already told him a possible solution to HIS problem. If he
cannot work out how to download Marinetti, there is no way in hell that
he's going to be able to work out how to run the damn thing.
You know, I'm all for helping people who don't understand, however, when a
clueless pirate virtually demands a solution to a problem which does not
exist, and he posts such a demand in a single line email with absolutely
no introduction, no how do you do, no "Perhaps you should...", not even a
simple "Hello", then you'll basically get the same responses that I gave.
You know, it actually cost me around US$2000 in materials and expenses to
develop Marinetti, of which I won't get a single cent back. And that
doesn't include what I would normally charge for my time, which was
effectively a two year project.
Marinetti is free, and I will assist folks nice enough to ask for help.
However, people who DEMAND I fix a problem which doesn't exist, when they
do not put a single cent into the Apple II community, can basically get
stuffed.
Support those who support the Apple II, and then perhaps they will support you.
To reiterate, now piss off you idiot.
