Question about Convert3200...

My system contains a Video Overlay Card, and one of the unpleasant
side-effects of that card is that quite often, 3200 images look like crap.
 Does anyone know if Convert3200 accounts for this?  I have a program here
someplace that I downloaded called "VOC3200" but I never figured out how
to make it work...
