I think the Mac might be a Mac Plus or before and lacking a
SuperDrive.  That rules out PC Exchange.

It looks like the IIGS has a SuperDrive.  If so, the IIGS is
using its SuperDrive to read the MS-DOS disk and save
the file on the HFS disk.

So basically, Marlin just needs to put the HFS disk into
the Mac, assuming a double-density 800k disk was used.

Yes, the Mac can read ProDOS disks, BUT that ability
is a lot slower than the IIGS ability to write HFS disks.
The user above already used the IIGS to put the file
on HFS disk.  Thus, doing the transfer ON THE IIGS
is better.
