I don't know what you are running on, but GS/OS includes a file system
translator for Pascal; I believe the ProDOS System Utilities can handle
Pascal, and I thought that some versions of Copy ][+ could read Pascal.
It runs in my mind that the ProDOS file system borrowed heavily from
Pascal, but I may be completely wrong about that.
Anyway, the other possibility, if it looks like a Pascal disk and programs
that can normally read Pascal disks choke on it, it might be an old PFS:
disk (File or Write), in which case getting the data off could possibly be
a real challenge.
