DuoDisk uses the same interface as the UniDisk 5.25; that is, the 19-pin
version of the Disk ][ card.  To the best of my knowledge, all Apple ][ 5.25"
disk drives use the same controller; that controller is available in two
versions:  one with two 20-pin headers (for Disk ]['s) and one with a
19-pin connector (for everything else including the DuoDisk).
