Yes, that may be the case.  But if I part out a working //e system,
say, to liquidate the rare parts at a higher cost -- wouldn't that
piss a few of you off?  How much is someone willing to pay for a
working Sider+controller?  And why would they pay more than the going
price for a better IDE/CD card?
