That is a 2532 EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), which has
a capacity of 32 kilobits, or 4 kilobytes (8 bits wide).  It is made by
Texas Instruments in this case (TMS).

The -45 suffix means it has an access time of 450 ns (almost half a
microsecond - pretty slow).

There are two standard 4Kx8 EPROMs: the 2532 and the 2732.  They have
different organisations of the pins, so cannot be used as direct
replacements for each other.
