Aside from minor changes, the Apple ][+ Applesoft ROM is functionally identical
to the //e ROM.
The only _major_ visible difference is in the cursor character change.
It is, however, possible to directly duplicate the KEYIN routine and get the
famous "flashing block cursor" as it once existed on an Apple ][ :)
