As was pointed out, that could have only been the Old Monitor listing.
Integer BASIC was never listed.
Applesoft was never listed.
Apple //e ROMs were listed (original in //e Technical Reference Manual,
enhanced in the enhancement kit documentation?).
Apple //c 3.5" ROM was listed in documentation for the ROM3.5.
Apple //gs - not listed as far as I know.
