There are two EPROMs on the mousecard and depending on the card they may or
may not have windows. One of them is a 2716. The other one I can't say. Since
it's a 28 pin eprom I'd guess at 2764 but then it might be any 28 pin eprom.

Any EPROM can go bad, I've replaced a few over the years.
