Apple claim that their Memory Expansion board for the Rev 3/4 //c will not
work in the //c+ despite having the same connector (due to timing problems
with the accelerated //c+?).

Someone else reported that the LCD display will work on both //c & //c+.

Platinum Apple 3.5 drives do not work on a //c, only UniDisk 3.5.
The //c+ can use UniDisk 3.5, Apple 3.5, Apple 5.25 drives.

The serial ports are identical except for the need to convert mini-DIN-8 to
DIN-5.
