If they are for the //gs then they are either 1.44MB OR 800KB.

The Apple range of 3.5" drives for the Macintosh are as follows:

  If the have an eject button they are either 1.44MB or 800KB.

  If they have no eject button and say "800K External Drive" on the sticker  
  underneath then it is 800KB.

  Otherwise it is 400KB.
