Oh...you want a music routine?

Let me look through my archives...many years ago (ca. 1983) Creative
Computing published one and included the table of which values produced
which notes.

I'm trying to remember if this was the same routine that had two delay
values so that you could produce a wider range of notes than with, say,
the sound routine published in the "Apple ][ User's Guide"...
