I don't get why the instructions say that it takes CD ROM Toolkit. I'd expect
very few Mac users to have it since it's only necessary if you have a non
Apple CD drive. How many Mac owners do you suppose there are who didn't get
an internal CD with their box or did not buy an Apple external? What is more,
it's said that the CD driver included with OS 7.6 can work with any CD drive.
I have the 6.0 golden master CD on hand and only the HFS partition mounts
on my box with 7.6.1 and internal CD. The ProDOS volumes don't show up. Is
that why? If so it's very unusual for third parties to support anything Apple
II specific.

Regardless, since Shreve Systems has CD150s (plug 'n play with IIgses) on
sale for $39, it makes more sense to get a CD drive to use CDs. I have a 150
on my IIgs and it works great.
