The Golden Orchard CD-ROM has one ProDOS partition and five HFS partitions.

According to Jim Maricondo, the person who put together the Golden Orchard
CD-ROM, Apple's standard Macintosh CD-ROM drivers only support one HFS 
volume per CD-ROM, and it takes third party drivers in order to mount 
more than one HFS partition per CD-ROM.
