It's a card with 6 DIP sockets on it just like on a ][+ motherboard and a
switch to turn it on and off. Flip the switch, press reset, and the ROMs on
the card override the ones on the motherboard. Wanna see a //e with Integer
Basic and Old Monitor - in ROM? Just fill a ROM card with original Apple ][
ROMs and there ya go. It's useful for backwards compatibility, but not a
whole lot more.
