It's what you think it is:  a 3.5 MHz accellerator for the //e.  I have
two of them, and someone online provided me with the (txtfile) docs.

Some specifics:  Can go in any regular slot of a //e (I keep mine in
#3, since nothing else is going to use it) or a ][+.  Uses a POKE
statement to choose speed (default is Fast).  Has two banks of jumpers
or switches, one for identifying speed-sensitive devices and one for
identifying what slot you stuck the card in.  I've never had any
problem with the card; can see the difference when running games in
Basic or calculating pages in Appleworks.

Never used an AE accellerator so I can't compare anything but speed.
