You call these "the answers"? Seems more like you're refusing to give
answers than actually supplying the answers.
"No you may not." - all right, this one actually *is* an answer,
though not a very productive one.
"No." - No, what? No, you don't have GS+ disks uploaded to your cabi
site? No, your having GS+ disks doesn't affect his investment?
Either of these statements are blatantly false.
"Ask Ross." This is a response, true, but it is NOT an answer to the
question given.
Given your answers to the questions stated, we are forced to consider
two options. 1) That you have a distribution agreement with the
actual owners of said programs, which most of us here will agree is
unlikely. 2) That you are once again lying to this community. Given
the preponderance of evidence against you in this and many other
publicized matters, I would suggest that you remove the contested
items from your FTP site immediately, or face potential legal action
should the owners of said programs decide to prosecute you for illegal
distribution.

I'll also remind you (and everybody else who decides to read this...)
of your promise to me last year. Please show good faith and keep it.

Folks, the following is a copy of an E-mail sent to me by Mr. Turley
last year.

To put it all very bluntly - as a result of your email alone - I'm
leaving
the A2 community effective 12/25/97 as a Christmas present to the
world.

Email reply correction...I intended to state the above date as:
12/25/98
Now you'll have something to look forward to for Christmas of next
year!

Happy Holidays,
Tom

Interesting, neh? We can only hope that he'll actually do it!
