To beat a dead horse (with no offense to Tom): SUE HIM. If Ross or
whoever has the rights to these programs has issues, they should pursue
them through the legal system. Posting this sort of vitrol is completely
unproductive.
If I had a lawsuit for everytime someone threatened one concerning
ftp.apple.asimov.net, I'd be putting my lawyers kids through college 4 times
over. And yet, despite all of the threats of litigious action, I've never
yet had anyone follow through? What does this mean? Who knows. But stop
waving around the specter of legal action when either:
A) You aren't the person who could even pursue legal recompense (which
would seem to be the case here)
or
B) You have no intent, means or follow-through to actually act upon
your threats.
