Caution!  Some PC folks are ignorant and will say, despite having a row
of external modems on the shelf, "Sorry, we don't sell Mac stuff."

Revision:  Just ask for a Mac modem or an external Hayes compat modem.
Good idea to avoid anything with the name "Win" in the modem's name.
And beware of PC oafs (I've met many) who know nothing about Apples.
