Mac to Apple II Connection help needed

Hello all
I just got an Apple //c, and I need help with setting it up in a serial
connection with a Mac : I'm looking for a cable that could connect the
two, and also some freeware communication software like Z-Link on a 5.25
floppy. I would probably need the usual decompression software on that
floppy also. My goal is to x-modem Apple // programs from a Mac to the
Apple //c.
I looked around in shops in Montreal without any luck. Anybody out there
know where I can get that cable and disk ? Or would offer to sell me
theirs ?
