Richard,

No one said it was "fine".  I just said that's the way I run the site.  If
you have problems with it, that's fine.  But posts in comp.sys.apple2 aren't
going to change what I do, so there's little point in complaining.

Should some software that you (or anyone else) hold the copyright to show 
up in incoming, though, don't hesitate to drop me a note.
