Good job, Joe.  It might also be a good idea to get Dan to write
another official statement - to the effect that CheckWorks should
not be distributed EVER whatever its commercial status without
express promission from him.

THAT ought to prevent any symmantic wiggling if it ever shows
up on Asimov.  ;-)

Seriously, some of the wiggling has gone to rediculous lengths
to justify stuff showing up on Asimov, so something like such
an official "bulletproof" statement is not a bad idea.
