     Gina, if the copyright owner objects, the owner can contact the
site mentioned and request that the software be delisted. If the
copyright owner does not object to the presence of Appleworks 5 on the
site, it is not really proper to make charges of "piracy".

     Does a retail seller offer Appleworks 5 at a reasonable price? What
is the current price for Appleworks 5 complete with manuals? Perhaps if
Appleworks 5 is truly available to interested users, then, it will be
possible to persuade the site to delist the product even if the seller
is not the copyright owner.
