I don't want to get sucked into another flame war but, if I am correct,
the web site that Rubywand mentions apparently is willing to take
down the disk images if someone from sqc sends an email asking
them to do so.  Thus, I would recommend that you send a request
to that web site (I believe you can find the email address if you
log onto that web site).  Just explain that "SQC owns the copyright.
It is illegal to have this on the site without permission.  Please
remove the program in any format from your site" emailed from your
sqc.com account, of course.

By the way, I am one of those who would like to see this progam
off that site, so good luck!
