HELP: grafstar help lost

Hi;

You posted help for me with the grafstar card I have.  You're right.  It 
is a printer card.  You suggested getting a listing of $C100.  I assume 
you have to boot the computer a special way to enter these commands.  
I've been having trouble with csa2 and my ISP.  Currently, I subscribe to 
three csa2, all the same, but only the third one works.  When I delete 
the other two they always re-appear.  Long story short, I lost your 
name.  Hope you get this and can help me out one more time.
