For the mouse, pick up a Macintosh ADB mouse.  The new
"teardrop" ADB Mouse II that comes on new Macs works
great on the IIGS and can be found for a few bucks in Mac for-sale
groups.  Third party mice should work too.  If it is for the Mac,
it is for the IIGS.

Exceptions: mice for Mac Plus and before are not ADB so won't
work.  Mice for the new iMac won't work because they are USB.

For the memory, try http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics.

They also sell the Sirius, a card that takes 1MB SIMMs up to
8MB total.
