IIgs mouse and GS-RAM chip

I am looking for a IIgs mouse and a replacement chip for the Applied
Engineering GS-RAM card.  The chip is located in the top right corner of the
card when laid down and facing you.  Several markings on the chips read as
such:     MALAYSIA  092  644EF
             TIBPAL 16L8-15CN
             GSRMB-M

I have replaced the 4 TTL chips because at least one was heating up 
unreasonably and because there is 4mb of RAM on the card but the Finder 
sees only 1mb.  The Finder still sees only 1mb and the replacement 74245 
chip is still getting hot.  It has connections to the above mentioned 
chip so I guess that I should replace it, too.

Does anyone know a source for these parts?
