Actually I opened up a shrink-wrapped RamWorks III a couple of weeks ago.

The box contained a manual called "RamWorks III & RamWorks basic" about
60 pages. Another called "AW 3 Expander Users Manual" about 30 pages.

Also 2 disks. One called " Super Desktop Expander" which enhances AW 1.0
through 1.3. It also tests the memory card, creates a ramdisk, and has a
memory
configuration chart. On the back are some dos 3.3 utilities.

The other disk was called "AW 3 Expander". It enhances AW 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0.
It will also modify AW 1.2, 1.3, 2.0, and 2.1 to run on the II+. This disk
was
shipped with a variety of equipment. It tests GS-RAM, RamFactor and the
PC Transporter. On the back contains the expander documentation.

Other than modifying AW to recognize the extra memory it also expands the
number of records in the database and the number of lines in the word
processor.
Increases the size of the clipboard. Will split large files so they can be
saved on
multiple floppies. Loads all of AW into memory if you choose. Theres a
printer
buffer option. And it lets AW recognize ProDOS compatible clock cards.

The RamWorks is a nice card. There's 4 banks of ram chips and each bank can
use 64k or 256k chips or be empty. The card can contain from 64k to 1 meg of
ram. Its also not choosy about whether the chips are CAS before RAS or the
opposite. No jumpers or switches, it configures itself. I guess you can tell
I have
a liking for the card.
