The program's name is AmDOS 3.5 (shareware). It creates a bootable 3.5"
800k disk with
2 400k volumes. The first volume is accessible at s5,d1 and the second at
s5,d3. For a second drive, it would be s5,d2 and s5,d4. This scheme is not
recognized or supported by GS/OS (at least under the Bernie emulator).

Profix (legal status unknown) is an alternative to AmDOS and more versitile,
even if the DOS
portion of the disk isn't directly bootable. Profix can create multiple DOS
3.3 volumes on ProDOS formatted 3.5" disks and also harddisks. The DOS 3.3
volumes can be launched via the "Switcher" program.

A third option is the DOS 3.3 Launcher (freeware). It allows for the
launching of DOS 3.3 disk images or individual files on ProDOS disks via a
launcher program (such as Prosel). Control can be returned to ProDOS (in
most cases) with control-reset (or a CDA on a IIgs).

Each of these schemes have their pluses and minuses, and this is by no means
a comprehensive list of solutions.
