Thanks to Rubywand, Supertimer, and David Empson for their response to
questions about Apple HS_SCSI cards and SCSI-2 cdroms.  They all suggested
Sequential Systems.  I called Sequential once again and asked to buy 
'Media Control Toolset' for the AppleII.  Once again, I was told they don't
sell any such software.  The lady patiently explained the only software
they sell is discQuest and DQ Encyclopedia (which I bought a couple years
ago).  DQ includes SCSI2 drivers for the Ramfast, which do NOT work for
the Apple card.  In short, Sequential does not sell any special software
for the Apple HS scsi, or I am still asking for the wrong software.

If it exists, what is it called?  I'm still SOL ...
