Yes there is, of a sort.  It is not an actual emulator, but a "disk
image" player for the IIGS.  It is called DOS 3.3 Launcher.
This disk image format is close to, but not exactly like DSK,
so don't expect to interchange.  You have to make your own
image using the program.  Then you can put the disk image on
a CD-ROM drive if you like and launch them from there.  I don't
remember if it uses 8-bit ProDOS, so it may or may not require
the disk image to be on a ProDOS CD-ROM partition.  If it does
not require 8-bit ProDOS, then you can go ahead and burn a
Macintosh HFS CD-ROM and launch your disk images from
there using the IIGS to read the Mac CD.
