The other way around, Gabriel...in all cases, you can run software from
a IIGS CD-ROM.  However, only with certain model/SCSI card/driver
combinations will it play audio CDs.

Shareware Solutions II sells several IIGS CD-ROMs of software and
Apple's Golden Master System 6 CD-ROM boots!

Usually, these CD-ROMs have one ProDOS partition (to boot) and
one more more HFS partitions (standard on Mac, but at home on GS).
