Yes, and better still, you can hook an external PC modem to an Apple

that to the PC-based dweebs that tell me my GS needs a "Mac modem" or
-- someone actually said this -- a "SCSI modem, since standard Hayes
set modems with RS232's don't work on your machine."

[Yes, I'm aware that Mac modems will work, and I know where to find a
generic v.90 with a "Mac Plus compat" miniDIN-8 connector for $109.]

And if that "PC external modem" won't work on your Mac, sent it to me!
