Getting software into my IIgs?

Howdy.

Ok, here's the situation. I have a IIgs with a 14.4k modem, and a PC. I want to 
be able to unshrink GS software that I got from from the internet(with my PC). 
The problem is, my version of Shrinkit(3.2) won't extract "forked" files. Well, 
ok, so I download Shrinkit GS(1.1, I think). When I try to un-shrink it, it 
says that the main program is a "forked" file. So how am I supposed to get 
Shrinkit GS???

Is there some sort of self-extracting version of Shrinkit GS that I can 
download?

Any help is appreciated.
