That should let you use most IIGS software, except the productivity stuff
which likes 4MB or more (AWGS with an ink jet printer driver, for example,
would balk at 2MB pretty badly). Great!

Mostly, it can only be used as a RAM disk. IIe stuff will use it as program
memory (8-bit AppleWorks, Proterm, Publish-It, GEOS, etc.) but not
IIGS specific stuff....

You need to set the control panel setting for the slot of the card to "Your
Card"....

It'll work fine. It will boot from such a drive. It can substitute for a IIGS
hard drive. Incidentally, GS/OS has the ability, with the HFS file system
translator installed, to read and write Macintosh HFS Zip disks.
Excellent for downloading software from the web and taking over to
the IIGS!

The IIe card will work. The IIe mouse does not work with the card...you
use the MACINTOSH mouse connected to the Mac's ADB port AS THE
IIE MOUSE. ;-) And if you don't have an ADB mouse for the Mac, just
borrow the one on the IIGS!
