Re: What's happening at KANSASFEST '98!

I missed most of this thread (need a new ISP I think...). My
question is, how much do these neat utilities cost and who do I write the
check out too? :)

: Actually, because not all IIGS programs use TextEdit, NiftySpell can check
: files on disk, files that have been copied to the IIGS System Clipboard, and
: it even has the ability to verify the spelling of just one word that you can
: manually enter into NiftySpell.

: Additionally, there's even a NiftySpell XCMD for Spectrum, and Spectrum
: Internet Suite v1.1 will have a "spell check" button for outgoing e-mail.

: A program like Quick Click Calc doesn't use TextEdit, but with NiftySpell,
: you can spell check a word that you'll use in a Labels cell by either
: copying that word to the clipboard or by copying it to the spell word
: option.

: By including 4 different spell check methods, you can spell check from any
: GS/OS program that displays the Apple Pull Down menu. That's why we consider
: it a Universal Spell Check program.

: It's written by Sheppy, but available today from Shareware Solutions II.
: Appleworks Classic files are just one of several files that can be imported.

: WebWorks does import AW formatting commands and converts them to html.
: But...WebWorks is much more than just an AW to html converter. It's an html
: source code editor. Once the AW word processing files (or Teach or ASCII)
: have been converted to html, then you can use WebWorks to further beautify
: and format your web pages.

: As time permits, I'll be using WebWorks to colorize my web pages for those
: who access the web using something other than lynx. In any case, WebWorks is
: currently shipping.
